These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, and mobile applications provided by Finex Tech LTD (Registration number: 13609902), located at 86-90 Paul Street, 3rd Floor, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE ("we," "our," "us," or "Service Provider"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

User — A natural person who creates an account and uses our services. eSIM — An embedded programmable SIM installed on a compatible device to access mobile data services. Data Plan — A digital plan offering a specific data volume for a defined period and region. Top-Up — A one-time purchase of a data plan via our website or application. Services — All services offered through roamr.com including the sale and activation of data plans. Participating Member Operator — Mobile network operators partnered with us to provide connectivity.

2. General Conditions

By using our services, you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately.

3. Technical Requirements

Your device must support eSIM technology. Only data services are supported — voice, SMS, and MMS are not included. Services function only on unlocked devices capable of using our APN configuration.

4. Account Registration and Use

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@roamr.com.

5. Payments and Data Plans

Data plans must be purchased in advance. No plans are preloaded. After purchase, you will receive a QR code to activate your eSIM. Data will be valid only in the regions specified in the selected plan. All transactions are processed in USD or as specified at the time of checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method linked to your account for each one-time transaction.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the eSIM profile has not been activated, the data plan has not been used in any capacity (even partially), and the service was not marked as "non-refundable" in its description at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be granted if the data plan has been partially or fully used, if the refund request is made after 30 calendar days from the purchase date, or if the request is submitted more than 1 hour after a reported technical malfunction (unless an exception is granted based on the circumstances).

In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction of the ROAMR application or platform, a refund may be granted if the issue is reported via support@roamr.com or through the contact form within 1 hour of its occurrence, the issue renders the purchased service fully unusable, and the claim is verifiable by the ROAMR technical team.

Any refund request must be made in writing and submitted to support@roamr.com. Requests sent to third-party payment processors may not be processed. We reserve up to 15 (fifteen) business days to process and review any refund request. Confirmed refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Any transaction processing fee, currency conversion fee, or bank charge incurred during the original payment is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued in cash — all approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. You may not misuse our services, attempt to reverse-engineer software, or engage in fraudulent activity. You must not interfere with the functionality of our platform or related services.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, designs, software, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Finex Tech LTD. No rights are transferred to you through use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of being fraudulent. Access may be revoked at the request of governmental or regulatory authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding availability or performance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, network failures, or legal restrictions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
